What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer appointments on Saturday by special request only.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
How long will auto air conditioning or heating repairs take?
It will depend on the nature of the work to be performed on your vehicle, but on average we can have your car or truck back to you within 24 hours.
What is the average cost for air conditioning or heating repairs?
This depends on the nature of the repairs needed. Before we do any work, we provide a detailed estimate to all our customers based on a physical, in-person inspection of their vehicle.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes. We gladly provide in-person estimates. We do not provide over the phone estimates, because over 20 years we've found we need to see your vehicle and talk with you to provide a fair and accurate estimate.
Where do you get the replacement parts you use?
Whenever possible, we use either OEM replacement parts, or parts from manufacturers of all the major climate control units.
Do you have references that I can call to check the quality of your work?
Yes. We are pleased to provide the names of our customers who will share their experiences with our shop and staff.
